Last year it was announced that the UK’s favourite
Japanese metalcore unit Crossfaith will be sharing the main stage
with the likes of Rob Zombie and Avenged Sevenfold at Download
festival on June 13th, and now hard rock big shots VAMPS
have decided to get in on the action with a set at the Pepsi Max
stage on June 14th. Over the years Download has given
Japanese bands such as Mad Capsule Markets and DIR EN GREY the chance
to perform to thousands of potential new fans, though 2014 looks to
be the biggest year for Japanese music at the UK’s number one rock
festival so far. These two heavy hitters have already managed to make
waves across the country over the last year with both having their
first major international album releases and London headline shows,
but now it’s time for them to show us what they can really do!

Weekend tickets are available now, and day tickets
will go on sale Friday March 28th.
