Earlier
this year Junnosuke Watanabe (WACK) announced the formation of BiSH
(Brand-new idol SHiT), successors to outlandish idol group BiS
(Brand-new idol Society) who disbanded in 2014.
When
BiS formed in 2010 they turned the immaculate world of idol music on
its head, mixing rock and metal as well as grotesque imagery with the
genre's trademark elements. Now BiSH, formed of members Momoko
Gumi Company,
Saint
Chihiro Chitti,
Aina
The End,
and Hug
Mii,
are here to fill their predecessor's shoes. Though with one of the
original five members calling it quits a month before the release of
the group's debut album, it's been a rocky start for the now
foursome.
But
despite the setbacks, last week they brawled with You’ll
Melt More! at
Shibuya WWW, kicked off a string over mini-shows across Tokyo and
Osaka, and yesterday they dropped their 13-track self-titled album.
Filled to the brim with heavy hits and dance tunes- this might just
be what every BiS fan has been waiting for!
'Brand-new
idol SHiT'
is now available for digital download from Amazon.co.uk.
