Guitar Wolf made their triumphant return to the UK after a four-years, setting Brighton ablaze with their unmistakable rock ‘n’ roll spirit and timeless 1970s sound. Taking place on July 9th, the concert was nothing short of a wild, energetic spectacle, with Seiji, the lead vocalist and guitarist, taking center stage and driving the show with his electrifying rock ‘n’ roll antics.

Despite the loss of their bassist in 2005, the replacement bassist, while technically proficient, exuded less enthusiasm than the rest of the band. Nevertheless, this did little to dampen the overall enjoyment of the show.

The interaction with the crowd reached unprecedented levels, amplified by the intimate venue size. During a memorable moment, Seiji invited a girl onto the stage, handed her his guitar, and urged her to jump along with him. After a few attempts, she embraced the 70s punk style, jumping in harmony while strumming simple chords.

Upon my initial arrival, the sparse crowd on the floor puzzled me. However, as the evening progressed, the venue filled up, proving that Guitar Wolf’s fanbase remains vibrant. The night delivered not just a good turnout but an unforgettable display of Wolf Rock spirit. If you get the chance to witness these maestros live, seize it without hesitation. You’re in for an extraordinary experience that will leave you infused with the untamed energy of Wolf Rock!”
