Yesterday Far East Mention Mannequins (FEMM) announced the release date their new EP PoW! / L.C.S., the group’s first ever physical release.
2014 was a big year for the Tokyo mannequin duo, digitally releasing 10 singles and their album FEMM-isation which peaked at the #10 slot on Billboard’s World Album Chart. Their 6th single Fxxk Boyz Get Money even blew up online becoming one of the year’s biggest underground pop anthems. But for 2015 FEMM, for the most part, became inactive until reappearing in November as guests for YouTube FanFest Japan, a live streamed event where they revealed their new song PoW! and with it their return to the world of pop.
The new EP drops February 3rd and will feature the two new tracks PoW! and L.C.S., as well as re-edited versions and new and old remixes of their 2014 singles. It’ll also come packaged with a physical copy of Femm-Isation.
