PHOTOS: A FLOOD OF CIRCLE, THE DUBLIN CASTLE, LONDON, 06/02/2015

During what might be the quickest visit to London yet, rock three-piece (plus one touring guitarist) a flood of circle hit 3 shows in 2 nights, taking to the unaired depths of Camden’s musky drinking hole, Dublin Castle, for what would be their first ever UK set.

Unnerved by the new scene and the trademark British pub drunk parading round the joint, a flood of circle gave the small crowd a full-on six song long set featuring some of their most prominent tunes like Seagull and I Love You. Armed with his Gretsch Falcon frontman Ryosuke laid down some solid pure rock riffs complimented with his rugged and raspy vocals.

Unfortunately the time with the band was short, and it would’ve been great to hear some of their work from the last year (eg. Best Ride and Flower) as well as the classics, but despite that the band put on a near perfect rock ‘n’ roll fuelled set. Here’s hoping this won’t be the last time we see these guys in Blighty.
