Minori Nagashima first gained recognition in Japan’s youth alternative scene as the frontwoman of MINOR THIRD, a band that reached the finals of the Mikakunin Festival in 2019. Following the band’s hiatus in 2021, Nagashima launched a solo career under the moniker Minori Nagashima – serval DOG – in 2022. Known for her emotionally charged alternative pop sound, she independently writes, records, and produces all her music from her home studio.
In 2022, she contributed to HARU NEMURI’s ‘Shunka Ryougen’ album and has since performed alongside prominent acts like Shinsei Kamattechan and hockrockb. These collaborations, combined with her steady output of singles and EPs, set the stage for ‘ALONENESS’.
