Shabadaba

RADWIMPS’ ‘Shabadaba’ (娑婆堕罵) is a digital single released on October 28th 2026 through Muzinto Records / EMI. Written and composed by Yojiro Noda, the track was created as the theme song for Fuji TV’s political drama PoliticaLupin.

Commissioned as an unconventional and provocative drama theme, the song’s rap-influenced rock sound couples with critical lyrics exploring political privilege and the abuse of authority. The drama follows a thief who targets money linked to the political establishment of the fictional country Nipponia.

The single was announced through a promotional campaign at Tokyo Metro stations Kokkai-gijidomae, Kasumigaseki, and Nagatacho on October 26th 2026, featuring the slogan ‘君の倫理 大丈夫そ?’ (‘Are your ethics OK?’).
