WACK launches “One-Skill Audition” alongside 2026 label tour announcement

WACK have announced its latest label-wide tour, Where the End Begins by WACK, alongside a new “WACK One-Skill Audition” in collaboration with former CEO Junnosuke Watanabe.

The nationwide tour will bring together all six of the agency’s current groups, ASP, BiTE A SHOCK, ExWHYZ, KiSS KiSS, GANG PARADE, and MAMESHiBA NO TAiGUN, for five dates across Japan in early 2026. It will open with two nights at Tokyo’s Spotify O-WEST on January 10th and 11th, followed by stops in Osaka (February 7th), Aichi (February 11th), and a finale at CLUB CITTA’ Kawasaki on February 22nd.

Sales will begin through the WACK FAMiLY CLUB on November 10th, before opening to the general public on December 13th.

At the same time, WACK is opening applications for its new “WACK One-Skill Audition”, a project seeking individuals with distinctive skills or abilities. Anyone, regardless of age or experience, can apply by submitting a short video on YouTube or Dropbox that highlights their “special talent”. Applicants must not be signed to any existing label or agency and must be able to work in Tokyo from April 2026. The first application deadline falls on December 14th, followed by a final cutoff on December 27th.

In a statement, former CEO Junnosuke Watanabe described the audition as an open call for “world’s future stars”:

“The only requirement this time is having one exceptional skill. For example, being incredibly good at guitar, unbeatable at dancing, or amazing at growling. Musical skills are welcome, but non-musical talents like extreme flexibility, drawing ability, or fast running are also OK.
Send us a video showing the one thing you excel at! We will judge based on that.

Please read the audition guidelines carefully and follow the instructions, as we’ve set strict rules to ensure a smooth process. We look forward to applications from the world’s future stars!!”

The tour and auditions announcement follow a busy period for ASP, one of WACK’s flagship groups. Member RiONTOWN launched her personal YouTube channel on November 5th, the first solo channel by a WACK artist, while CCCCCC confirmed she will leave both ASP and the agency after the group’s December 14th show at Yokohama Bay Hall. Earlier this year, founding members YUMEKA NOWKANA? and MOG RYAN also departed following ASP’s UK tour in September, after which the group continued activities as a six-member line-up.
