Yuki Chiba has announced his Blue Note U.S. Tour, with three dates scheduled this June at the renowned Blue Note jazz clubs in New York, Los Angeles and Hawaii. The Japanese rapper and singer songwriter will perform two shows each night at all three locations.
The dates follow the release of his 2025 improvised blues-rooted album ‘Indigo Blue’ under the name Nijiz alongside pianist Ryo Takaiwa. Recorded in single takes without overdubs, the project focused on live interplay and stripped-back arrangements, placing emphasis on instinct and musicianship.
In December 2025, Chiba made his Blue Note debut in Tokyo, performing two back-to-back shows featuring members of his Budokan band and guest pianist Takaiwa. It has not been confirmed whether the U.S. dates will feature the same line-up.

For the upcoming U.S. shows, Blue Note venues operate a first-come, first-served seating policy, with a $20 minimum per person and a full bar and dinner menu available.
