Ado and YOASOBI have been announced as part of the Lollapalooza 2026 line-up, with this year’s Chicago edition set to take place at Grant Park from July 30th to August 2nd.
The full bill was revealed on March 17th, with headliners including Charli XCX, Tate McRae, Lorde, Olivia Dean, Jennie, The Smashing Pumpkins and The xx. Ado and YOASOBI appear further down a bill of more than 100 artists, alongside names such as Turnstile, beabadoobee, aespa, (G)I-DLE, Wet Leg, Blood Orange, and Little Simz.
Lollapalooza 2026 sees Ado and YOASOBI share an international line-up for the first time since the matsuri ’25 showcase in Los Angeles.

YOASOBI return to Lollapalooza following their debut at the Chicago festival in 2024. Comprised of producer Ayase and vocalist ikura, the duo have built a global following by adapting short stories into some of the most prominent J-pop tracks of the Reiwa era, including ‘Yoru ni Kakeru’ and ‘Idol’. They were recently announced for OSHEAGA 2026 in Montreal, where they are set to become the first J-pop act to perform, adding to previous festival appearances at Coachella and Primavera Sound.
For Ado, the booking will be her first appearance at a major long-running international festival. Since breaking through with 2020’s ‘Usseewa’, she has built an international audience around her anonymity and forceful vocal style, moving between rock, EDM, pop, and anime-linked hits such as ‘New Genesis’. The announcement follows the recent release of ‘Vivarium’, accompanied by her first live-action music video featuring non-silhouetted footage of the typically anonymous singer.
Lollapalooza 2026 will run across eight stages in Grant Park from July 30th to August 2nd. Pre-sale tickets go on sale Thursday, March 19th at 10am CT, with general sale following at 11am CT.
