Otoboke Beaver join Foo Fighters at Liverpool’s Anfield Stadium on 2026 ‘Take Cover’ tour

Kyoto punk quartet Otoboke Beaver have announced they will join Foo Fighters on their 2026 Take Cover European and UK tour, including a set at Liverpool’s Anfield Stadium.

The tour will see Otoboke Beaver perform alongside Foo Fighters in Oslo (June 10th), Stockholm (June 12th), Warsaw (June 15th), Munich (June 17th), Paris (June 19th), and at Liverpool’s Anfield Stadium on June 25th.

The Take Cover tour, announced today, marks Foo Fighters’ return to European stadiums following 2024’s Everything or Nothing At All run. The Anfield dates are their only UK stadium shows of 2026, with Otoboke Beaver set to appear on the Thursday lineup (June 25th) alongside Irish band Inhaler.

Foo Fighters’ frontman Dave Grohl and the band, now featuring Ilan Rubin on drums, will also headline major venues across Europe including Berlin’s Olympiastadion, Vienna’s Ernst-Happel-Stadion and Milan’s I-Days Festival, before closing the leg at NOS Alive in Portugal.

Otoboke Beaver, who first met Dave Grohl and Pat Smear at Denmark’s Roskilde Festival—where Grohl called them “the coolest f**king band I’ve ever seen”—supported Foo Fighters last month at Saitama Super Arena, performing to a 37,000-capacity crowd. The upcoming tour serves as their most high-profile UK appearance since Glastonbury 2024.

Tickets for all Foo Fighters’ Take Cover European and UK dates go on general sale Friday, November 14th at 10am local time, with newsletter subscribers granted early presale access.
