D’ESPAIRSRAY have been announced as the latest addition to B7KLAN J-ROCK FEST, the new two-day visual kei festival taking place in July 2026 at Arena Grand Paris. The appearance will see the band return to a European stage as part of a rare run of live activity following their long-awaited reunion.
The Paris festival celebrates 20 years of B7Klan’s work with Japanese artists and is billed as Europe’s first event dedicated solely to visual kei. D’ESPAIRSRAY’s inclusion follows a year of renewed momentum for the group, who confirmed earlier in 2025 that they would reunite for their first scheduled live performance since 2011 at CROSS ROAD Fest in Chiba last November. A sold-out headline show, D’ESPAIRSRAY LIVE 2026 “RAPTURE”, will take place in May at Zepp DiverCity Tokyo.

Formed in 1999, D’ESPAIRSRAY were among the most internationally visible Visual Kei acts of the 2000s, touring Europe and North America at a time when overseas appearances remained uncommon for Japanese bands.
B7KLAN J-ROCK FEST will feature ten Japanese bands and two European guests, with further artist announcements continuing throughout December. Other acts confirmed so far include LM.C, An Cafe, KIZU, JILUKA, and Azavana.
