O2 Academy Brixton
London, United Kingdom
Masayoshi Takanaka brings his first world tour to London and the United States in spring 2026 as part of Live Nation’s CITY POP WAVES series. The run now includes eight dates across both countries, with the return of his custom surfboard guitar and a setlist drawn from five decades of work.
General sales for the newly added shows begin Friday November 21st at 10:00 AM local time.
Following the immediate sellout of all original dates, the London show was upgraded from O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire to O2 Academy Brixton, with that allocation also selling out straight away. New shows have since been confirmed for London (April 1st), New York (April 5th) and Los Angeles (April 13th) in response to continued demand.
