B7Klan has confirmed nine of the ten Japanese acts set to appear at B7KLAN J-ROCK FEST, with the final slot to be decided through a fan-led selection process.
The Paris festival, which takes place on July 11th and 12th 2026 at Arena Grand Paris, celebrates 20 years of B7Klan’s work with Japanese artists. The latest update was shared by founder Bertrand Torpedo via a video posted across B7Klan’s social channels, following what he described as an unexpectedly strong international response to the initial line-up announcements.
The nine Japanese artists confirmed so far are Versailles, Moi dix Mois, MUCC, D’ESPAIRSRAY, LM.C, An Cafe, KIZU, JILUKA, and Azavana.

According to Torpedo, the tenth and final Japanese act will be selected via a contest organised in partnership with hevn, a Japanese magazine focused on J-rock and visual kei. Japanese visual kei and J-rock bands will be able to enter the selection process, with fans voting to narrow the field down to five acts. These will then be joined by three additional bands selected by hevn’s editorial team, forming an eight-band shortlist.
The final round will take place at a live event in Tokyo, with the deciding vote streamed online. The winning band will secure the final slot at B7KLAN J-ROCK FEST, with the festival covering travel and accommodation costs.

Further announcements are expected imminently. Torpedo confirmed that the festival’s two European guest acts will be revealed next, followed by ticketing information. Full details of the contest process are due to be shared in early January.
B7KLAN J-ROCK FEST will feature ten Japanese bands and two European guests, becoming Europe’s first festival dedicated entirely to visual kei.
